my niece Ashley is running for student council of the 4th grade. She asked Mimi & I to help her make posters and t-shirts. A trip to Micheal's, Hancocks and 8 hours later - she is ready to campaign. Hope you enjoy this episode of REVELING IN MY SAMNESS!!!!

I am VERY happy to report that the house has passed inspection. There are a few minor things we are going to ask the seller to fix but no deal breakers. It is sooo nice to finally be past the point of inspection. We still have a ways to go but we are one step closer than we have ever been. Today has been a good house buying day - the house passed inspection, we got approved on our home loan AND we got a lower interest rate! YAY us!!!
